Our Return Policy
We can only accept return of Lamidi Maison products purchased at our official website. You must initiate a return by sending an email to customerservice@lamidimaison.com or using our Contact Us form, indicating your willingness to return the item within fourteen (14) days of the delivery of your order. Product must remain unused and sealed in its original packaging.
Discovery Sets cannot be returned or exchanged.
Once the returned product is received, we will inspect it and proceed with reimbursement within the next fourteen (14) days if the product is unopened and in its original packaging.
The return shipping costs will be at the expense of the customer.
Our Shipping Policy
We are currently offering complimentary ground shipping on all U.S. orders of $100+ and complimentary ground shipping on all Canadian orders of $400+.
All international orders may be subject to duties, taxes, or import fees upon delivery, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Shipping to Countries/Regions outside of the United States and Canada is currently not available on our website.
We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, logistic service providers, hotel and motel addresses, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the American Virgin Islands, or other U.S. Territories.
