Our Return Policy
We can only accept return of Lamidi Maison products purchased at our official website. You must initiate a return by sending an email to customerservice@lamidimaison.com indicating your willingness to return the item within fourteen (14) days of the delivery of your order. Product must remain unopened in its original packaging.
Once the returned product is received, we will inspect it and proceed with reimbursement within the next fourteen (14) days if the product is unopened and in its original packaging.
The return shipping costs will be at the expense of the customer.
Our Shipping Policy
We are currently offering complimentary ground shipping on all orders $100+.
Due to shipping regulations, orders containing any Restricted Products are only eligible to be shipped using Ground delivery.
Shipping to Countries/Regions outside of the United States is currently not available on our website.
We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, logistic service providers, hotel and motel addresses, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the American Virgin Islands, or other U.S. Territories.
