  • HOW DO I KNOW IF I HAVE AN AUTHENTHIC LAMIDI MAISON FRAGRANCE?
    The only way to guarantee the authenticity of your Lamidi Maison fragrance is, if the product was purchased on our website.
  • WHERE IS THE BEST PLACE TO STORE MY FRAGRANCE
    The best place to store your fragrance should be in a dark and cool space with stable temperature. Light and high temperatures should be avoided.
  • HOW CAN I KNOW THE EXPIRATION DATE OF MY LAMIDI MAISON FRAGRANCE?
    There is no “strict” expiration date for perfume unlike cosmetic products, but an optimal date of use. The advice period is 36 months; however, this depends on the storage conditions.
  • WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE?
    Lamidi Maison fragrances are made in the United States.
  • ARE YOUR FRAGRANCES ALL NATURAL?
    Some of the ingredients used in our fragrances are synthetic.
  • WHERE DO I FIND THE INGREDIENTS IN THE PRODUCTS?
    The list of ingredients is indicated on the packaging of our products and listed on our official website https://www.lamidimaison.com
  • ARE YOUR PRODUCTS HYPOALLERGENIC?
    We do not test our products for allergens. However, we do strictly follow industry guidelines and regulations regarding the use of such in cosmetic products. We recommend looking at the ingredients listed on the outer packaging of our perfumes and also on each product page in the "ingredients" tab to ensure that they are suitable for your use.
  • WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU DELIVER TO?
    From https://www.lamidimaison.com, we deliver to the United States. Shipping to Countries/Regions outside of the United States is currently not available on our website. We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, logistic service providers, hotel and motel addresses, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the American Virgin Islands, or other U.S. Territories.
  • CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?
    Please note that once the order has been sent, the delivery information cannot be modified.

    Please note that once the order has been sent, the delivery information cannot be modified or cancelled.
  • HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
    Once your parcel has been shipped, an email with all the tracking information will be sent to the email address you provided when placing the order.
  • WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
    We can only accept return of Lamidi Maison products purchased at our official website within fourteen (14) days of the delivery of your order, provided they are not used and in their original packaging. You must initiate a return by sending an email to customerservice@lamidimaison.com. Once the returned product is received, we will inspect it and proceed with reimbursement within the next fourteen (14) days if the product is unopened and in its original packaging. The return shipping costs will be at the expense of the customer.
  • CAN I CANCEL OR EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
    If you wish to exchange a product for another one, we invite you to place a new order and return the original product to us following the return instructions. Please note that an order cannot be cancelled once it has been shipped, it can only be cancelled if it has not been prepared or shipped out.
